Terms of Service

These terms of service apply to the use of the Muutto JA Oy website and the ordering of moving services.
1. Service Description
Muutto JA Oy provides moving services in the Helsinki metropolitan area. A quote request does not constitute a binding agreement until a written confirmation has been received.
2. Quote and Pricing
The provided quote is valid for 14 days. The final price is based on the accepted quote. Additional work will be invoiced separately if agreed upon in writing prior to the move.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the agreed moving time to avoid cancellation fees. Late cancellations may incur a fee in accordance with the agreed price.
4. Liability and Insurance
All items being moved are insured during the move. The insurance covers damage resulting from negligence during transport. Any claims must be reported within 48 hours.
5. Payment
The invoice is due 14 days after the service is completed. We accept bank transfer, online banking, and card payment. Statutory late-payment interest applies.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes shall be resolved primarily through negotiation, and if necessary, at the District Court of Helsinki.
